Phone return issue

It has been more than 3 weeks (sice I have received) that I have been trying to return the iphone 14 I bought and financed through affirm. I don’t know what to do anymore because a ticket has been open and it’s been days, on the 19th of september I have my first payment and I still haven’t been able to return the phone as the phone page does not load. I am feeling hopeless because there is no one from this company I can call and talk to, I haven’t even open the phone box and I am now past the 15 days return policy. Does anyone has experience with this and was able to solve it?

    I am sorry for the situation encountered.
    I have verified your account and I can see that the issue is now being handled by the technical team.  
    They will also take into consideration that you encountered an issue with the return process and they will allow you to return it as you expressed your wish to return the phone and receive a refund.
