Hello! Just received the modem and plugged it all in and can’t seem to connect to anything. Message ‘incorrect password’ keeps coming up and when I scan the QR code I just get ‘unable to access’ I’ve tried turning the modem off and resetting the modem with a pin but nothing seems to work

    Did you wait 15 minutes after the reset before try to connect?

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    From what I see a service call was set for your address as you managed to reach our customer service on multiple channels.

    The appointment appears to be set for September 21 between 7:30 AM and 12 PM
