Thank you for your interest in our services,
I can see that the first attempt to deliver the modem failed.
To receive it, you will have to contact the delivery company and schedule a new attempt to deliver it when you are home to receive the modem. Your signature is required to receive it.
To see who you need to contact, go into your account> my settings> Order history> see details> click on the tracking number and there you can see the delivery company that you should call to reschedule the delivery appointment.
