Unable to reply to posts

Hi! I can't seem to reply to any other user's posts. I click submit and then it just gets saved as a draft. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

    @Jess_i88b6 is right.
    Some of the messages have to first go into moderation. Once the messages are accepted they will appear.
