I have an appointment now from 7.30 to 12.00 on 11 of September but no one contacted me and I have.
What can I do?
If there is any number to cantact Fizz

    Usually the tech will call only if there is a problem with the appointment


    Fizz doesn't have a phone support only the chat

    You can chat in direct

    • Sign into your account

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    The technician will contact you only if he is late or he has trouble finding the address or entering the building.
    In regards to your situation, I can see that the technician arrived at 12:06 and your service is installed.
