How do I access my voice mail if it says my number does not exist.

Do you have the voice mail in your plan? You need to pay the 2$ for the visual voicemail. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-I-access-and-use-my-voicemail

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your mobile plans but they don`t have the Voicemail option included in it.
So, I suggest that you add the voicemail from My plans - Manage - Adjust my plan so you can have the voicemail included in the plan - thus allowing you to access it.
