Changed plan not working and paying for it!

Hello, I used to pay for 18 Gb of mobile data back in march 2023 and upgrated it for a 40 Gb plan for April 2023. So for it was working, yet now it's back to 18 Gb but I am still paying for my 40 Gb plan. I don't have any data left and I know I didn't used 40 Gb of data. I didn't change back my plan to 18 Gb and I don't understand how is this possible. I really need help! Customer service doesn't answer for now...

    These days they had some problem with the display of the accounts. Can you check your service agreement?

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Thank you for describing your situation to us.
    After a few verifications, we concluded that you made a plan change back in march, however, the data option you chose was the same (18 GB), so you only updated your plan price, instead of adding more data.
    I can see that you managed to change your plan in the meantime. Please note that you will be able to change your plan only according to our plan change policy (it will be effective starting with your next payment cycle > https://fizz.ca/en/plan-change-policy).
