Impossibile to activate a plan

I'm trying to activate my first Fizz plan through the website. Everything is fine until I need to put the shipping address for the SIM card, at that point I get an error message that says "Please enter an address located in the same province as your home address." even though it's autocompiled with my home address. I also tried to put a friend's address but it won't help.

I'm also in Ottawa so it's not a problem of coverage.

    The Fizz coverage is on the Ottawa region too, in order to receive more precise information you need to contact the support
