Router admin interface not reliable

Hi,

I'm trying to configure my Fizz router, and I find the local administration interface not very reliable. When connecting through Wifi, some tabs are long to display, and some tabs are not displayed at all.
I experience these issues with several devices:
- Mac (Safari)
- Mac (Firefox)
- iPhone (Fizz Wifi app)
Do you experience this kind of issues on your side ?

All good for me on both mobile and laptop (Chrome).

Thank you for describing your situation to us.

The Fizz modem's interface should work smoothly from any device, however, if you encounter this situation, I advise you to delete your browser's cache memory/cookies and connect to the interface by using the incognito mode of the browser (in Firefox for example, you can press ctrl+shift+P and the incognito window will open up), then log to the modem's interface by logging in at: 192.168.0.1 from the web browser.
