Can't register to fizz network with new sim card. Itnis telling me my sim is not provision for vioce and can't fine the network.

Try to reboot the phone
It is a new plan or you replace a SIM?
If you replace the SIM, the old sim is still working?

I did reboot my phone and nothing. It is not a new plan. I got the new sim that was asked to get. It didn't work at 1st puy the old one back in, but the it won't work, put the new one in it worked but couldn't access my voicemail and now it can't register with network.
