One Month Waiting Internet Service

We got our internet service July 24 and as of today haven’t been activated, no professional answer from costumer service we even got fooled from one of their agents saying we’ll get a technician to fix it one day, can’t cancel to put another company modem because it’s not active so we’ll be charged. I’m a home worker and had to go every day to coffee shops to be able to work. So disappointed about this, but how more long do I have to wait for my internet services? 35 day’s counting… :(

    You have my sincerest apologies for this situation. I perfectly understand that the situation isn't pleasant at all and this isn't the experience that we want to provide to our members.
    Following the verifications I see that the technical team received the ticket since the day it was created, however they need a bit more time. Since they are another department, I do not have visibility over the workarounds they need to make. I have added a new message on their end asking for updates and to hurry the process. We will inform you via email as soon as possible with good news.
    As you were already informed by my colleagues, all the impacted days will be refunded to you.
