How can I register my home address when I keep getting sent in circles

    Can you try to use the browser in incognito mode in order to exclude some problem with the cache

    That's weird. I know if you live outside Quebec and the Ottawa region, you can not register.

    If you want to subscribe but the page keeps refreshing, then as suggested above, try to use the incognito mode, clear cache, cookies or use a different browser.

    Tried all these things. Supposedly one of the technical teams is working on the problem now.
