Login on router through 192.168.0.1
Anyway after this, I changed the wifi key from the ios app to something shorter with no special characters and Im still not able to login on 192.168.0.1.
I tried to reset to factory settings as well but as soon as i complete the easyconnect it asks me to change wifi password so i am back to square one.
So, anybody can tell me what am I doing wrong?

the password must be the wifi password (after you have changed it )
I really don't know, try to use the browser an incognito

Thank you for describing your situation to us.
Can you please try a factory reset by holding the reset button pressed for 20 seconds? The button is located on the back of the modem above the ethernet sockets.
Once you proceed, the network name will become visible on your device, indicated by the label found on the back of the modem, accompanied by "Easy Connect." To connect, simply click on the network name and enter the default password located on the back of the modem.
When you have successfully set up the modem, you will need to reconnect your devices using the updated network name and password. You can see more details regarding this here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem (#5). Make sure you use different letter combinations for the password.
When you set up your password, it would be better to create a notepad from your PC and write the password there. After you write your password, only copy-paste it and also save the notepad on your desktop so you can have the password saved.
