Can't send text message (error 2)
Hello,
I have been using Fizz for years, and ask support for help. They told me I don't have text plan, and still waiting for there reply.. I have money in my wallet to text and always worked before. Just recently, I can't text certain contacts. My friend on Fizz can text the same number fine, please help.

some users resolved this issue changing the SMSC, I believe that you already try the reboot, air plane mode etc
Try to set the SMSC of Videotron (+15144240053) instead of Fizz (+14385200092).

Thank you for describing your situation to us.
I have verified your account and I can see that after you contacted us, we have created a ticket.
The ticket is already available in your Fizz member account > My settings > My tickets or in your "Overview" menu.
As soon as the ticket is solved, you will receive an e-mail with the ticket's details.
