Hello there Ninon.
Took a look at the performance of your modem and I can see that it has recently started to show signs of degradation in regards to the connection.
In cases such as these I would recommend to look into coaxial cable to see if it's plugged in correctly and if it isn't over all damaged. Another suggestion is to try to restart it by unplugging it from the power socket, wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
