• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

The email can be changed only by a customer service representative after we secure the account.
In order to reach us via chat, in case you cannot log into your Fizz account, go to this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
You will find the chat bubble on the bottom right corner of the page.
Click on it and then you will be connected with an agent shortly.
As Jess_i88b6 mentioned, you should turn off any ad blockers in order to see the bubble. Ad blockers may interact with the bubble depending on the browser used.
If you reach us via social media, you will be asked to access the chat, so, I advise you to follow the steps provided by Jess_i88b6.
