Is 6 days without home internet (and counting) the norm with Fizz when internet stops working?
It took 4 days to get an appointment 2 days after, and on the appointment, the technician doesn't show up.
Is this the standard customer/technical service someone needs to expect signing up with Fizz?

The problem is that the tech is a Videotron one, Fizz doesn't have much control over it. I don't know why the tech didn't show up sorry
You need to recontact the support to let them know and have a new appointment.
Probably the @Whizz can do it for you

I just contacted them and they are saying the appointment is still in progress. I'll give more information if the technician came or not.

Finally the technician came 3 hours and a half after the appointment, but got the issue fixed.
Still incredible it took so long to have someone coming over.
