Not receiving transfer authorization request texts from Fizz
I moved to Toronto so I'm trying to switch to Lucky Mobile. I would like to maintain my phone number so I have asked Lucky to request Fizz transfer it over. I never received the text from Fizz that was supposed to ask me to confirm my phone number transfer. 90 minutes later I received a text from Fizz stating that "Seeing that the transfer request was left unanswered, the transfer was cancelled." I DID NOT GET ANY REQUEST!! I was waiting in the support chat for an hour until I got to position 1 in the queue.. only to suddenly be kicked back to #54!!! Now I'm waiting on a call with Lucky asking them to re-send the transfer request that Fizz NEVER SENT ME. Has anyone else had this issue? I genuinely don't know what to do since Fizz has nobody I can call or chat with for help.

The transfer request from us was received, however, we need to verify this situation further so we can understand why you did not receive the SMS from us.
I have verified your account and the transfer process was canceled as the SMS was not confirmed.

You can also create a contact form from your Fizz member account > My settings > Contact form so we can assist you better with this situation.
Please also contact Lucky Mobile and make sure that everything is fine on their end with this transfer. Also, please make sure that you still have the Fizz SIM card inside your phone when the transfer request is made on Lucky Mobile side.
