Internet modem losing wifi settings
Hi guys,
Do you have any idea why internet modem could be losing my custom Wi-Fi settings?
I want to use custom Channel Bandwidth and custom Wireless Channel but after some time the configuration is reset to default values decreasing the quality of the signal and slowing down my internet connection.
I tried soft reset, hard reset, turn off/on the devise but it is still resetting itself back to the default Wi-Fi values.

It seems a bug, I already read other users reporting the same problem, it seems that the modem is switch always in automatic
If I remember correctly this was during a reboot
Try to signal the problem to the support

Thank you for describing your situation to us.
Please try a factory reset by holding the reset button pressed for 20 seconds. The button is located on the back of the modem above the ethernet sockets. Once you proceed, the network name will become visible on your device, indicated by the label found on the back of the modem, accompanied by "Easy Connect."
To connect, simply click on the network name and enter the default password located on the back of the modem.
When you have successfully set up the modem, you will need to reconnect your devices using the updated network name and password.
