Can you try to put in airplane mode for 30 seconds or put the SIM in another phone

Sorry to hear about the issue.
From what I see on your account it looks like the transfer wasn`t completed due to the fact that you entered the wrong IMEI in the transfer process so that`s why yu were not able to properly use the services.
However, I see that you managed to retry the transfer and the plan is now fully activated.
Reboot your phone, enable / disable airplane mode and test the line using these steps : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-test-my-fizz-line as everything should work just fine.
