Hi, I have a question about the modem delivery date, is it the expected arrival date, or the date that starts delivery? I live in Montreal. I know a tracking number will be received, but still I need to plan my schedule.

Usually it's 3 business days, but you never know.

    Hi @zhouh

This depend if you need a tech or not

If you need a tech depends when you have an appointment

Otherwise, it must be couples of days

    Hello zhouh,
Thank you for your interest in our services and for describing your request to us.
For a Wi-Fi modem, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package. By following the tracking number you can see when it should arrive at your place.
To check the status of your delivery, follow these steps: log into your account and go to My profile > Order history > View Details > click on the shipment number to view your delivery details on the courier's website.
You can see all the details regarding the shipment here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/when-will-my-fizz-package-be-delivered.
If the system does not allow you to access "Auto-install" option and you can only see "Self-installation" option for your subscription, it means that the coaxial outlet you have in your home is not verified by our system so you have to schedule an appointment with a technician.
You can see more details about how to subscribe to our Home Internet plans here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet.
I hope you have a pleasant day!
    -Mihai
