12 hours no internet and zero customer service

Hey 👋 Fizz, We work from home most of the time. I have been without internet for 12 solid hours, rebooting my life away, writing via FB messenger + reset my modem to factory settings and ZERO capability to get Fizz Support.

Why ?????

    Did you try the chat?

    What are the led status in the modem?

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Sorry to hear about the issue and sorry also for the long waiting time that you`ve encountered, however on social media the replies are not in real time, so if you wish to discuss with our customer agents on Chat , I suggest that you follow the details found here : https://fizz.ca/en/support to do that.

    Regarding the services, I saw that the maintenance that started yesterday has been completed.

    Be sure that you reboot the modem by unplugging it from the power socket , wait 2-3 minutes then plug it back in as the service should be fully restored.
