• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

Sorry to hear about the issue and sorry also for the long waiting time that you`ve encountered, however on social media the replies are not in real time, so if you wish to discuss with our customer agents on Chat , I suggest that you follow the details found here : https://fizz.ca/en/support to do that.
Regarding the services, I saw that the maintenance that started yesterday has been completed.
Be sure that you reboot the modem by unplugging it from the power socket , wait 2-3 minutes then plug it back in as the service should be fully restored.
