Fizz is good in general. The most required thing to fix is to speed up the resolution of the problems by giving Level 1 agents more administrative privileges.

i urge fizz to improve its webiste...it's still very buggy, behave erratically, in fact the site is not design by security unfortunately
At some points, i could see someone else account right after signing off...even though i could not logging in !! a serious security issue ! I will report that to fizz

usually monthly cellphone bills are much higher outside of the province of Quebec...
have you ever lived in Ontario or BC etc... they pay more than Quebecers
most carriers operating in Quebec charge less here than in others provinces

if you find yourself in trouble with either your phone, network or wifi router, expect some delay for fixing your issues.

Fizz prices are good, client support pays for it but it is ok if we pay less imo

I like the prices but luckily i haven't had any major issues or anything needing immediate support and stuff because it might get a bit more difficult

If you’re grandfathered in, you get great prices. You get competitive prices for Canada / USA plans as well.
