cannot activate new sim card, existing customer
hi, I am an existing customer and I had to replace my cracked phone so I also got a new sim card. I keep trying to activate it, and I receive an error message advising me to activate it through the chat but nothing works. I dont know why, This isnt the first time I get a new sim card and this has never happened.... what can be done..thank you

The procedure is to contact the support, with a copy of your ID with photo and the credit card associated with your account, you should delete the numbers except the last four
