I want to activate a new sim card with a number I already have since I lost my other card.

    To do this you need to contact customer support. Be ready to upload a document with your photo, credit card, etc. There are needed to prevent SIM swap attacks.

    From what I see, you managed to reach our colleagues on Live chat and they also changed the Sim card on their side.
