Hassle with replacing Fizz defective sim card
I opened a new phone accout today but I was not able to activate the account because Fizz sim card is defective. Your customer service agents say they cannot cancel the phone service YET my credit card was charged in full today! - In other words I am paying for service that does not exist and no one at Fizz is proving any kind of support!!! Shame on you Fizz!!

For a mobile phone you have 15 days to cancel the plan and have it full refund it https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe
I cannot suggest much since I don't have all the information
- Did you transfer your phone number?
- What solution they propose?
- It is a temporary problem and they ask to wait?
- Your account is in pending activation?
- You account is activate but when you insert the sim you have a message? Which one?
