Router won't turn on

I recently purchased a wifi router and it delivered today. I followed every instruction and managed to set it up, but as soon as the wifi was working, the router turned off and it won't restart. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and I tried to reset it to factory settings, but nothing is happening and the lights won't turn on. Is it just broken?

    You need to wait 15 minutes before touch it since the modem is doing update and reboots

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Wait a bit and try to plug it in a different outlet. If it still doesn't work, contact customer support.

    This happened to me, I plugged it into a different outlet and restarted it and it worked :)

    Contact the seller and return it, if possible. The Fizz modem has his own router. Try it as is and it will probably do the works. If not, check for the best routers on the market.

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    Please try to check the modem`s cables ( unplug and plug them back in ) to see if they are damaged, and also test the modem in another power outlet.
