My modem speed is unstable

My modem speed is unstable. 
I'm supposed to have a semblance 
of 400mbit/s but in fact it 
plays between 60-160 mbit/s... 
Very disappointing.

    Are you testing on Wi-Fi or wired connection?

    Keep in mind that speed test results are depending on the driver, processor load, etc.

    You can download Fizz Wi-Fi application to see the results from Internet till your router.

    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
     I have verified your account and I can see that you have 2 plans on your account. 
    I verified the plan you mention and there are no issues with the signals or the speed.
    The full speed is provided.
    If you encounter the slower speed on wifi, I can see that your devices use mostly the 2.4 ghz network, which has by default slower speeds.
