Request to add Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ to VoLTE supported phones

Hi,

Is there some way to make a request to Fizz to add Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ to VoLTE supported phones?

The Note 10+ is definitely VoLTE capable but it's not on the Fizz official list : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices

    Hopefully more phone models will be added to the "certified" list.

    Other phone models will be added to that list. The technical team is working on software updates for the phone models that are not yet on that list, to enable them to work on the VoLTE network. 
    In the meantime you can use your service as usual in Canada. The only issue that you can have, is in the USA where you will not be able to make or receive calls. Data and texts will work there with the current configuration.
