Calls not coming in?

I changed my number a few months ago (went from a 514 to a 438 if that matters) and the last few weeks I’ve been getting people telling me it says the number’s unavailable when they try calling me. I even tried calling someone today and it always said “calling” without the call ever connecting.

Fizz’s network status says it’s fine but it also says that even when it’s not. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix for it on my end?

    If you tried basic TS steps as to restart your phone, put it into the Airplane mode for a couple of minutes, reset Network settings, etc., try to contact Customer support as we are all users here.

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    Try to either test the Sim card in another phone or reset your phone`s network settings to check if anything helps address the issue as this could also be a device issue from a recent software update.

    Make sure call forwarding is not enabled on your device.

    The process will vary depending on your device. Here are two examples:

    Android: Open the phone app → Click on the three dots on the top right of the screen → Settings → More settings → Call forwarding

    iPhone: Settings → Telephone → Call forwarding

    You can cancel call forwarding on your phone by typing #21# on your phone’s keypad.
