My modem is only giving the green downstream button blinking. How do I get it to work?
I just moved to a new place. There are two potential places in the apartment where wifi may hook up, but only one has a coaxial cable. I plugged it in but only the green downstream button is blinking and it doesn't work

Looks like you need to contact customer service to have a technician come and check the cable.

When this happen means that you dont have the signal from your coaxial cable
You can chat in direct
