Correct IMEI but telling me it wrong?

enter IMEI number it tells me that its wrong and account says pending activation. works except incoming calls ?


i did the *#06# and it the correct one

I can’t even try anymore , told me to reach support , no answer from support for 12 hours ++

    Did you received the SMS to authorize the number transfer? Did you confirm?

    Regarding the IMEI do you have 1 or two SIM in your phone?

    I don't know what is going on with the Fizz's support lately, @Whizz please help Félix

    If the number is more than 15 digits long, enter only the first 15 digits.

    Yes only 15 number so no problem on this

    yes I confirm the message I add


    the problem is not on my part , double and triple and check 10 times the number , read the same pages 20 times saying why it could be wrong
