Modem dead can't book a technician
My modem died ten days ago, Ive been trying to use the chat system to book a technician to come and I cannot get through to a real person or book an appointment. This system is the absolute worst. If anyone knows how to book an appointment please let me know.

To book a appointment, you need to contact support... The support looks very busy recently ( just letting you know )

A technician is sent to your address for a service call when your Home Internet service was diagnosed with a malfunction. After chatting with our Customer Service team, you’ll receive an email confirming the date and time slot for your appointment. Keep it for future reference because a service call does not appear in your Fizz account"

Sorry to hear about the issue.
From what I see, you tried reaching our customer service only once, via Live chat to try to set a service call but you never tried reaching them again on any channels since you disconnected from the chat conversation.
