Delivery of my phone
Hi!
The delivery guy just called me. He said he was to be at my home at 14h00 because I cannot be there another time this week. After that, for no reason, he changed his mind and he hung up on me. I called him back and he did not answer.
If the guy doesn't call me back today, I cancel my order with you. This kinf of service is unacceptable.

Can I suggest to try to call back the delivery guy in 20 minutes, probably he was busy
For the phone delivery, these are the rules
- The delivery will be made to the address associated with the credit card used for its purchase.
- The package will be addressed to the credit card holder who will be required to present a valid photo ID and sign for the delivery.
