Suspended account
I've been a client for 3years now and It's been a month since my account have been suspended because I can't add another card since my old one is expired. A "dedicated team" should've contacted me to resolve the problem but...after a month of waiting I didn't received any technical support for this.I contacted client support many many times to no avail.
Now my account is being cancelled because I failed the payment and need to send back my modem and make a new subscription lol
Anyone had the same problem?
