Why was I charged twice 46$
I usually pay 21$ per month and I changed my plan so that it would cost me 23$ a month. But for some reasons fizz charged me twice on the same day 46$ dollars. I would like to obtain a refund if possible please thanks you.

Check your transaction history and if it was really charged twice, contact customer support for refund.
To check your transaction history go to
Settings -> Transaction history
To contact customer service go to
and click on the green bubble in the bottom right corner.

sometimes for some reason it goes twice on the credit card payment to wait and 3 .4. day after when his payments are recorded he passes 1 time
if passes twice after payment contact the green bubble support at the bottom right

Okay I stopped my debit card in case it was a case of fraud and im going to look in 3-4 days if it appears in my fizz account transaction history and if it was not refunded I will contact you again thank you

You have to contact the customer support... if it has been a mistake they will certainly refund you

Thank you for reaching out,
I have verified your account and only 1 payment was done. In our tools we can see that it passed 1 time on each month, on the 16th.
You can see that as well, in your Fizz account> My plans> Transaction history.
There are no double charges from Fizz in this regard. You can reach out to your bank for more details if you see the 2 transactions pending.
