Blue light not coming on for the modem

The blue lights isn’t turning on for the modem. I can see the wifi for Fizz on my phone and PC but it keeps saying no internet. What am I missing to fix this?

    For the moment, they are maybe conducting works on the infrastructure!

    Try to restart your modem (unplugging, replying your modem )....

    You can also restart the modem to see.

    Hello Davbrown 

    I verified your internet connection and everything appears to be within norms, and there have not been any maintenance works declared in your area in the past 30 days. 

    This matter might have occurred due to the fact that your modem provisioned around that time. However, at the moment of verification, everything's fine with both, the internet connection, as well as the Wi-Fi connection.
