New VOLTE sim card, Made order but didn't receive it.

Hi there!

It's been two weeks since I accepted from Fizz ( free of charge ) to order a new VoLTE sim card and still not receive it. In my history of orders there is no information about new orders just have email confirmation. After contacting customer service and they said to go buy one and keep the original receipt for a refund.

Should I wait more or go buy one new sim VoLTE by myself? Has somebody already been in this situation?

    Maybe it got lost in delivery!

    It can take somewhere from 2 to 5 days to get it... According normal delivery schedule table!

    Please contact support...


    PS... don't know, but heard something somewhere that sounded like crediting before, follow what they suggested ( keep screenshots of receipts, communications)

    Similar issues were reported recently 😕.

    Maybe @Whizz can clarify what is going on?

    Seems like I'll wait some weeks more. Still using my old sim.😞

    Fizz cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

    Today July 12, I received my VoLTE sim cards!! By the way, the order was placed on June 21.

    Hello Markiian,

    Thank you for opening this thread.
    Please note that since the VoLTE SIMs ordered from the free SIM link are delivered differently that the paid SIMs, they don't have a tracking number and don't appear in your account at orders.
    However rest assured that you will receive it. On this FAQ at point 2 there is posted the information that this delivery can take -/+ 2 weeks: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/why-volte-important#2
    You can anytime make sure that you placed the order for the free SIM by going in your account at: My settings -> Transaction history. If the order is made, you will see there a SIM card order with 0$ value.
