Apply Discount
I received an email stating I obtained a discount which is the original amount I would have paid in full had I not cancelled before the end of my billing cycle. I am wondering how my discount is applied, if it is automatic or if I will have access to it in a way?

the discount will covert the full month and should be applied automatically
However, double check under the perks, you never know, it is the only place where it can be this kind of discount.

It should be applied to your plan automatically... it will cover your bill at your next payment cycle

Hello Alg,
I looked through your profile and saw that the discount you mention is a refund since the unsubscription for the plan was made during the 15 day trial period. During these conditions, the service is terminated immediately and a refund of the payment is done in full.
