Modem cannot be activated, Internet Plan then cancelled
Hi everyone,
The technician came today to install my modem (it is my first and only modem with Fizz). During the installation he mentionned that he cannot activate the modem because apparently there is another Fizz internet at the same adress (which is not the case). Now my Internet plan has been cancelled and I still have the Fizz modem. Could Fizz re-activate my plan with my actual modem ?

That's really strange, unfortunately we are all users here and can't help you. You need to contact customer support or maybe @Whizz can take a look and clarify.

Did you just move to this address? If yes, probably the old tenant didn't deactivate his plan 🤷🏻.

Yes I just moved in, but the old tenant didn't have a plan with Fizz :/

contact the support quickly you will surely have to return your modem you have 15 days to return it after the cancellation of your plan

there certainly be a problem to be solved here... as others said, contact customer service asap
