Broken modem
Hello,
After a power shortage yesterday, my modem/router seems to be broken. Even if i change power outlet, no lights activate after plugging it. I've been waiting all day for an answer via the chat or ai bot with no luck. Can you please help me book an appointment with a technician to replace it, or offer me a call back so we can fix the issue.

Sounds like your modem is fried. You'll likely need a replacement for which you'll need to use the chat as mentioned by another forum member.

Given that you tried to switch electrical plugs, and that all your breakers are turned ON...

To avoid the bot type anything. Eventually you will get "Transfer to an agent".
You can leave a message on our Facebook Messenger chat, like that you know that your question has been sent to support. Later an agent will answer it as soon as possible.
Avoid peak hours to reduce waiting times. Chat remains the fastest way to contact customer service. Some days the chat is less busy than others.
