You could try to: restart your phone
Reboot (power cycle) your phone by holding down the phone’s start button for 10 seconds.
After you reboot, your applications will reload. Your phone will then re-authenticate to the Fizz mobile network. This will allow your phone to recover its authorization to access the network. After that: enable airplane mode for 30s ~ 1min and after turn off and test again.
You could verify the APN setting and also the texting app that you are using if there is any setting in the app for APN.

If you are using a 3rd party texting app, some app have the APN setting inside the app!

Sorry to hear about the issue!
I verified your account and it looks like you were using the iMessage feature as our customer service suggested on Live chat.
Be sure that you disable it when you try to send text messages to Android phones, else it won`t work I am afraid.
