When I activated the new SIM card, my computer shut down by the time the third one needed to be identified. When I reactivate, the FIZZ homepage reminds me that this SIM card has been allocated to other members. what do I do? Thanks

It can take up to 2 hours to have your service activated! To make shore is ok better contact support.

Thank you for opening this thread.
Please note that whenever you try to activate a SIM and for certain reasons you don't finish the process, in case you added the activation code in the field, the system will block the SIM for 2 hours and you will receive that message that the SIM is allocated to another member. In this case just simply wait 2 hours without trying to activate the SIM and after it will work.
In case you want to activate a new line, you can do it from your Fizz account, however if you actually want to make a SIM swap to move the plan and the services you already have to this new SIM, this action can be made only from our end.
