Can you try wait 15 minutes, if you still have problem, try to turn off the modem for couples of minutes
If nothing help you can ask the support to check your line

I just verified your connection. As speed from Fizz into the modem, the speed is correct.
However I see that currently there is a maintenance in the area which can affect the connection.
