I've tried to go to solution up to ask a question but it didn't seem to work. Anybody at that problem also?

    If you have problem with the chat, try to use the browser in incognito and/or clean the cache and cookies

    The chat is always trial and error for me: have to switch between a couple browsers until one works.

    Usually chat works fine for me in Chrome.

    What the members suggested is good however there are other ways to reach out to us. We also have Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram as ways of contact. 

    You will only need to ask that you want to speak with a customer support agent along with adding the reason you need help. The latter is more for convenience as they will be able to see the request. 

    I'll keep this post open so that you can tell us if you managed to do it.

    Are you talking about the chat or the forum? Sorry but I didn't get it... If it's the chat as other users suggested, you should try in incognito mode otherwise for the forum, if you were unable to comment a post probably it has been closed already. If you wanted to create a new post, are you sure you are logged in?

    I always use Messenger to contact Fizz. Way easier and more reliable in my experience!

    You can try to clear the cookies, that could also help.
