I am presently in France, I bought my travel add on on June 21 before my departure and unless I am on a wi fi I have no roaming. What do I do ? Unless I am connected to Wifi my Whats App does not work.
I cannot even sent text messages to Quebec

As @Jess_i88b6 suggested, you have to check that the data roaming is active in the settings of your phone.
You should see it in your Plans menu and it's activate right away.
As it was suggested, check your data roaming settings.
Hello Sophie_22,I'm sorry for the situation you have encountered.I have verified your Fizz member account and I can see that you have no Travel Add-On purchased. You have instead purchased an International Calls Add-On for France and this Add-On usage is that you can call someone from your plan coverage (which is Canada + USA) to the country to which you purchase the International Calls Add-On.That being said, you will have to contact us via chat and ask us for a refund for the Add-On you purchased as that Add-On will not help you at all in your current situation.In France, you can have data or you can have texts (texts can be used only if you use the Pay As You Go option).You will have to purchase a Travel add-on from your account: My plans - Manage
plan - Travel - search France and choose the Data Travel Add-on for
France. You can also use the "Pay as you go" option by
