Interrupted during activation of new SIM card - unable to enter activation code
I was interrupted during the activation of a new SIM card and didn’t enter the activation code properly. Now, I can’t see the activation code window at all. Does something need to be reset? I’ve tried the chat but was dropped.
I would really like to get this SIM card sorted out - would appreciate any thoughts on next steps. Thanks in advance.

Probably the system believe that you already used it
Can you try to reset the cookies and cache or use the browser in private mode
If this doesn't help, please contact the support, in order that you want this solved in order to not lose your crédit

Try to repeat the process again in Incognito mode or in a different browser maybe it will go through 🤔.
