Can I have the Fizz wifi modem delivered to a different address?

I'm moving on July 1, however modem delivery is fully booked until July 4, even if I'm installing the modem myself. Is it possible to have it delivered to my current address and then set it up at my new address?

    First question, do you already have a fizz internet? I believe the answer is no, but I like to ask to be sure


    If we consider a new installation, is a bit more complicated. If in your new habitation there wasn't a previous Fizz installation, usually Fizz send the technicien to bring the modem and install the cable

    If the installation already existed they will send only the modem, but you can ask the support if they can deliver somewhere else.

    if it's a new installation no you have to wait until July 4th

    Modem delivery,

    the delivery of the modem can be done by a delivery company, not just the technician.

    However, the service of a technician is required in a place where there was no Fizz connection before!
