Hello, I just got my home internet installed, It’s been over 4hrs After installation, it is stil not rebooted, The modem Just keeps flashing every 6 second
does anyone know how to get this thing working ? Since Fizz can’t afford to pay real ppl for customer service.

I`ve verified your Fizz account and it looks like there is a maintenance on the network grid in your area.
The technicians are working around the clock to solve it, so I suggest that you reboot your modem every few hours to check if the connection has come back.
If you still don`t have a working connection in let`s say possibly 24 hours or a bit more, do reach our colleagues on Live chat : https://fizz.ca/en/support so they can check if the maintenance was completed in the meantime.

You can make sure the modem is activated on your account dashboard, but you may need to contact support through the chat to confirm everything is good on their side.
