I did not receive confirmation email for new phone purchase?
So i'm trying to buy a new cellphone, but every time i try to go through with the purchase i get the following message : "Check your emails. To continue with your purchase, you must first confirm your email address. To that end, an email is waiting for you at xxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com".
-I've triple-checked that the email is the correct one. I also receive Fizz's promotional material on this email account, so I don't know why the confirmation mail isn't coming through. It's not in the spam or promotion mail either.
-I've tried the "I didn't receive the email" link, and i get a message saying it'll be resent - but i still don't get it. I've tried this several times now.
Any idea why i'm not receiving the confirmation mail? Any help would be much appreciated.

For this kind of problem try to use the browser in private mode and if it doesn't help contact the support
You can chat in direct
• Sign into your account
• Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Oh wow, the problem was simply the adblocker, thanks for pointing that out. Removed it and can now proceed with transaction!
